It was never from a childhood dream, or epiphany a person gets one day, that made me choose to get into photography. Nor was it about being handed down grandpa's favorite camera and following in the honour of his footsteps as a photographer. Fairytales don't exist in my world.
What does exist, is not even photography related. Granted, cameras, and photography skills are important aspects of todays photographers, but its not what got me here.
It's the valuable lessons from my parents, who exemplified how hard work, persistence, and dedication to quality, are key to any successes in life. Today, those inherent qualities are what carry me forward in both my photography, as well as my personal life. Without it I wouldn't have gotten this far.
Being a continual student of the game, its an evolution from equipment, to learning, to mistakes, to successes, ever since this journey with the camera began in 2008. It has though, brought a lot of happiness along the way.
For you, choosing a good photographer can be difficult. I am just another blip on your radar in what may appear to be an endless world of available choices. Rather than boasting about my work, I much prefer to just let the images speak for themselves, and let that be the deciding factor in your decision.
